Quilt Tracker is a web application for tracking quilt projects, managing a pattern library, setting goals, and organizing quilting-related information. The Service is provided free of charge.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create (photos, pattern files, project data, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or violates any law.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, as the Service is free, is $0).
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of any content that is important to you. We are not liable for data loss.
